What are your body butters like?
Our body butters are rich, nourishing moisturizers made with high-quality plant oils and butters. They are:

A little goes a long way, and they pair beautifully with our soaps for a complete skincare ritual.
What makes your soaps different?
All of our soaps are crafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected ingredients that support the skin barrier while creating a sensory, ritual-like experience.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many customers with sensitive skin enjoy our products, especially from the Essentials line. However, every skin type is different, so we recommend reviewing ingredient lists carefully and performing a patch test when trying a new product.
Are your soaps natural?
We use carefully selected plant-based ingredients and essential oils. Each formula is designed to be both gentle and effective, without unnecessary additives.
How long does a bar last?
With proper care (keeping it dry between uses), a bar typically lasts 3–4 weeks with daily use.
Why does my soap look slightly different from the photos?
Each bar is handmade in small batches, so slight variations in color, shape, and design are part of the process and make each piece unique.

The Elementals collection is inspired by the five elements — Air, Fire, Water, Earth, and Plasma — and is designed to support different energetic states and moods.
How do I choose the right soap?
If you're unsure where to start:

What if I don’t like the scent?
Scent is very personal. While we cannot accept returns on used products, we’re always happy to help guide you toward a better fit for future orders.
Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
Do you offer local pickup?
If you’re located in Austin, TX, feel free to reach out — we may be able to arrange local pickup or delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll send a replacement.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Can I return a used product?
Due to the nature of personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns on used products. If something didn’t work for you, we’re happy to help recommend alternatives for future orders.
Product Care
How should I store my soap?
To extend the life of your soap:
- Keep it on a draining soap dish
- Allow it to dry between uses
- Avoid letting it sit in standing water
How should I store body butter?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because it’s made with natural butters and oils, it may soften or separate in warmer temperatures.
